In brief, I'm a nurse, licensed massage therapist, holistic health and life coach, certified mindfulness meditation teacher and mentor, certified medical Qi gong practitioner and teacher, Jin Shin Jyutsu (light touch acupressure, or "acupuncture without needles") practitioner and certification program instructor, and creator of somatic energy medicine (SEM) practices and techniques.
