Hernando County's trusted mental health services provider since 1991. At Pathways Counseling Center, we help every person find fresh direction on their life's journey. Our experienced therapists offer individual, family, relationship, and child therapy through in-person and telehealth services. We accept most insurances, including Medicaid/Medicare, provide counseling services in both English and Spanish, and proudly serve our community as local residents who truly care. We are accessible from Citrus, Pasco, and throughout Hernando County at our Spring Hill offices on Commercial Way. In addition, we offer telehealth services throughout the state of Florida.
