DO NOT SHOP AT PARTNERS PET STORE. I purchased 6 robo hampsters and 4 died with in a day or 2 of bringing them home. I called yesterday or the day before and was told that I could at the very least get store credit for them (which I would only use on supplies). Today I brought in the 4 dead hamsters and the 2 that were alive. The girl working there called the owner and put me on the phone with him. The owner refuses to give me a refund or even store credit. It was like pulling teath to get the girl working there to even write down as documentation for me that I brought the hamsters back and that she would ask her coworkers to see if they're the one I spoke with. They have horrible customer service.
