Maria Parker assists her clients plan for their end of life health care wishes and the ultimate distribution of their wealth after death. She experienced the importance of planning at the time her father passed away. His wishes were listed in a well prepared estate plan. In doing so, he provided comfort to his surviving spouse and family members because they knew exactly what he wanted.

Having also practiced for more than fifteen years as a licensed real estate broker, Maria understands how few homeowners hold title to their property in a trust. Without a trust, surviving family members are exposed to a year long Probate process as well as being subject to (avoidable) higher capital gains taxes when they inherit property.

After all of her experiences, Maria has become passionate about helping her clients follow this path. Maria is dedicated to helping her clients know that everything is in order, having peace of mind and making it a bit easier on those who are left grieving.
