Palazzo Iron Doors

Do not purchase these doors from this company!!! Not a reputable company to purchase and install bifold iron doors. We purchased our bifold doors in July 2022 and they were installed by a third party (Mike) installer INCORRECTLY. Glass doors were almost coming off the tracks and we were scared these heavy doors would fall off and cause major injury to someone. It Took 3 weeks and many text messages back and forth with owner and/or manger (Nick) to have the installer return to "fix" the rollers holding the panels on the track. Well that “mickey mouse” fix lasted only a couple of months because the sagging could still be seen where the sun shines through. We thought we could deal with it but it keeps getting worse. We are now here in January 2023 and the sagging has gotten so bad that the door doesn't close when the heat of the sun expands the metal so we have to open the adjacent door at the same time to open/close pass through door. I messaged him (Owner Nick) 1/27/23 with all the videos and a plea to once and for all finally fix these VERY expensive doors. 1/28/23 Nick calls me and says he will send another installer “Joe” to come in a couple of days. 3 days go by, no Joe. I message Nick again 1/31/23 and he says Joe is sick and will come the next day. Joe never shows. I message Nick on 2/2/23 and 2/9/23 to see if he was still sending someone. He stopped responding. This company will take your money and install them half assed. DO NOT BUY YOUR DOORS FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will be putting a review on BBB website as well.
