Repairs:

From time to time when we perform your scheduled Seasonal Service Agreement. We will bring to your attention any issue that we feel that may cause you an issue during the upcoming season and what you can do to protect yourself, and minimize possible breakdowns. All parts are discounted for our Seasonal Service Agreement (SSA) members.


Breakdowns:

Most breakdowns occur at the peak time of the heating or cooling season. While no amount of maintenance will prevent all breakdowns. Industry research shows that a thorough routine Seasonal Service Agreement (SSA) is an effective tool in reducing breakdowns. We put the odds in your favor.
