I have over 25 years of experience providing services in a variety of settings, including psychiatric and medical arenas. My training is in psychodynamic psychoanalytically based outpatient treatment, but I have incorporated various other modalities, as has been warranted by the needs of my patients. I am especially interested in mindfulness and body focused work at this time as a way of assisting people to self-regulate and navigate the various challenges in their lives.
