The Paparazzi Restaurant, before named Quattro Pazzi Cafe, offers fine Italian/Mediterranean cuisine and was designed by acclaimed Chef Biagio "Gino" Riccio. Chef Riccio introduced his fresh, seasonal, vibrant Italian food in 1997 at a casual eatery in Stamford, Connecticut. His reputation and knowledge in the restaurant industry have made him a great teacher who taught the art of cooking fresh, vibrant Italian food to his best line cooks, helping them master the dishes he designed. Chef Jorge Ceron learned from him and had worked at one of his restaurants since he was 20 years old. Now, Chef Jorge Ceron will be in charge of Paparazzi Restaurant, maintaining the quality and commitment to delivering delicious Italian food to our customers.
