We are a direct-pay healthcare provider. This model supports patients with different insurance plans or no insurance at all. The model is particularly beneficial for patients without insurance or people with high deductibles. You pay all costs upfront, and if you have insurance, you can send your bill for reimbursement from your provider. Our Comprehensive Care Plan costs just $124/month. It covers all scheduled provider visits, Urgent Care visits and all comprehensive lab work plus much more. Same day appointments are available in case you fall ill and need immediate care.
