Omar earned a degree in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida. He went on to continue his education at Nova Southeastern University graduating with Honors and receiving his Master of Medical Science degree. He is an active member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Omar is certified by the National Commission of Certified Physician Assistants, , and has received advanced dermatology training in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Omar strives to establish a strong patient-provider relationship. He enjoys time with family, weight-training, travelling, and community service, and has been on mission trips to South Africa and Guatemala.
