Over Active Mind Meditation (OAM) imparts mechanics of mind, body, and energy for strong meditation practice and ultimately, spiritual growth. OAM offers a unique introduction into Kriya Yoga as well as AUM chanting. Taught by a certified professional with over 1000 hours of practice, a session can range anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours. OAM seeks to help you transcend your overactive mind.
