On August 18 & 19 I had the pleasure of meeting Chris and Brenden from Norvado
They came Thursday (on time) to connect internet service to 6 cabins on the property. Both gentlemen were polite, knowledgeable in their profession and were more than accommodating. Chris went out of his way to clean up wiring left in a complete mess by Dish Network-he did not have to do this but we are very appreciative that he did. They both answered my questions and I could tell the pride they take in their work. Both of them came back on Friday to replace a box and check that the internet was working correctly. I asked them to change a password (that we were told by support when we called in the day before that they could not do it) and Chris changed it in seconds
I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone needing service from Norvado- they both deserve a huge Thank You and probably more!! Great employees
