Excellent and friendly crew. The day we scheduled to move dispatch called me ahead of time to warn me that they were running behind schedule. Once the team arrived, the mover previewed the stuff and explained to me that he had to charge me for some packing of glass items that I had planned to back in advanced, but never got around to it. So that I gave them my own boxes to use so the labor charge wasn't that bad seeing that they did a great job.

They moved everything out of the house very quickly.

At the delivery end they moved everything to where I needed it to be

A skeptic at heart, I was reluctant to enter into any agreement with a moving company. I did what most people do, I went on line, made a guess about the inventory and subsequently received quotes from ?the best and cheapest? providers. After fielding 50 calls, I concluded that the wolves were at the door. I concluded the industry is cut throat.

I decided to go back to the basics and I called moving companies that were rated high and had great customer feedback.
From the start, my engagement with North Jersey Relocation, was extremely positive, in fact legendary. Jimmy met me at the move site; he was on time and provided me an exact quote for my move. He also provided excellent guidance on other issues (storage space etc). On moving day, Jimmy and his crew were on site and executed flawlessly. In fact, Jimmy not only led the crew, but also packed and carried the furniture. Understandably not his first priority when running a crew but any great leader, boss, manager, supervisor etc, he got into the trenches with his troops. He and his team earned 5 stars on moving day.

In summary, North Jersey Relocation, exceeded my expectations. I am a huge fan of Jimmy and his team. On time, great communication, simple and absolutely no surprises.
