She is a nationally board certified Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and has a Master's Degree in Counseling from Southwestern College. She has been a mindfulness practitioner for over 40 years. Her work includes, but is not limited to mindfulness, applied neuroscience, child parent psychotherapy, body image issues, LGVTQI issues, attachment therapy, and infant mental health. She is a certified DBT therapist, and also works with children 5 and under in addition to adults.
