Nurse Practitioner Gibbs began her career in healthcare in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Originally from Westchester, New York, she traveled to La Salle University in Philadelphia to earn her Bachelor's in Nutrition. Immediately after, she began studying at NYU where she earned her Master's in Clinical Nutrition. After working in the field of dietetics with many diabetic patients for about a year, she decided to pursue a field working more clinically.
