Niagara Hospice is dedicated to providing the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

Hospice is a compassionate approach to caring for patients nearing the end of life. Niagara Hospice exists to provide compassionate and expert care that focuses on the person, not the disease, helping patients and families maximize meaningful moments together.
Our interdisciplinary team - including physicians, nurses, aides, social workers, case managers, pharmacists, ancillary therapists, homemakers, spiritual care counselors, trained volunteers, and bereavement counselors - works collaboratively to provide expert symptom management, caregiver support, and comprehensive guidance for the entire family. This coordinated care ensures that every moment can be cherished.
Since 1988, Niagara Hospice has been providing expert care and compassionate support to individuals and families throughout Niagara County, helping them navigate the challenges of end-of-life care with dignity, comfort, and connection.
