The move Started fine. Then when it came time to end they tried to charge me a extra hour for “travel” when it hadn’t even been that number hours since the job started!! not to mention my husband had followed them on the way between sites and saw them getting subs and hanging out at gas station, my husband still made it to the house at the same time they did even though they pulled out of the gas station before him and he still took the time to fill up, went inside, and waited for two cars in front of him to put air in his tires! The discussed rate was agreed upon— “$375 for 2 hours of work plus travel and truck” when I clarified at the house timing they said “you’re good you have 3 hours…” then when it was time to pay they charge me over $100 dollars more and they said I got an additional “hour of travel” yet they wanted to charge me for 4 hours. When I met them at 10am and they left my house job complete at 1pm. Tell me what math adds up to 4 hours. Not to mention the work was 1 hour at my pick up and 1 hour at my drop off. It’s a shame the last 10 min of the job completely discredited the professionalism and trust in this company. WILL NOT recommend or use again.
