Neurotesting Group

I came here for an EMG test with Dr Kandilakis in Oct 2022 and overall this has been a very bad experience. I needed an EMG test for carpal tunnel surgery and I was told that Neurotesting took my BCBS insurance for the Emg test but apparently they bill your insurance company as a chiropractic procedure. There is nothing on their website about this being a chiropractic appointment otherwise I would have not come here. They billed my insurance and I received a $2,000 for an EMG test a month after my appointment. I called that office every day and left voicemails and it took me three weeks to finally get ahold of the billing department for this doctor, they told me that they would “take care of the bill” . I received another $2,000 bill the next month and I couldn’t get anyone to call me back so I showed up to the office and spoke with the doctor and he said he would make sure this was taken off my account. It is now February and i just received another $2,000 payment reminder in the mail and I am being told that I owe them this money because my insurance is not covering this “chiropractic procedure “. Wish I never came here.
