Our concept is simple: offer a luxury concierge-level of support & services for our customers which truly makes RV ownership a simply awesome experience.
Our CEO, Brett Davis, bought his first coach in 1985, and having 9 children and 24 grandchildren, they all grew up as avid RVers. Unfortunately, throughout those years of RVing, Brett encountered very poor customer service, storage, and sales experiences. Those frustrating experiences became the genesis of starting NIRVC, and are the reason for our commitment to always offering top-notch customer service.
