Dr. Nathan Howlett is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who has a strong clinical interest in sports medicine and shoulder surgery. He graduated at the top of his class in medical school and was elected to the leadership position of Chief Resident during his residency. After residency, he completed his fellowship training at the Boston University School of Medicine at Boston Medical Center, and developed advanced skills in the surgical management of shoulder and knee injuries in the pediatric and adult patient. Dr. Howlett’s commitment to sports medicine is rooted in his belief that it provides maximal benefit and improvement to get people back to living their lives as they were before injury.
