Nabha Tokekar, C.R.N.P., is a family medicine provider with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. N.P. Tokekar began her career in an intensive care unit as a registered nurse. She then worked at a community mental health facility where she helped care for intellectually and developmentally disabled patients. From there she decided to continue her studies.

Her favorite part about being a nurse practitioner is partnering with her patients to help them achieve their highest level of wellness, and in doing so, focusing not only on their physical but also emotional and psychological well-being.

In her free time, she enjoys music, traveling, reading, and nature walks. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her husband, her daughter, and their cat.
