Nicole Stroub, CADC, CPRC, RCPF has worked in the substance use disorder field since 2016, beginning as a Certified Peer Recovery Coach and transitioning into counseling in 2019. She earned her CADC through MCBAP in 2023 and is a CCAR Recovery Coach Professional Facilitator, having trained over 300 recovery coaches. Nicole is the founder of Phoenix Professional Development Training, LLC, providing innovative training for addiction professionals.

She currently serves as President of the MAADAC Board of Directors, where she contributes to advocacy, education, and professional development across Michigan.
