I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Alaska, dedicated to providing transformational mental health services via in-person sessions and telehealth therapy.

I treat a wide range of diagnoses through a psychodynamic approach to psychotherapy, which means that I believe healing is found through self-awareness. When we are self-aware, we can break painful patterns, make sustainable changes in our lives, and relate to ourselves and others in more fulfilling ways. In our work together, we will build and rely upon a mutually trusting relationship, engaging in the deep work of looking inward to explore your memories, thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, and emotions.
