MyStreetHealth offers online Suboxone (buprenorphine) treatment to manage opioid withdrawal and cravings. You meet with a physician, talk through what's going on, and decide together what comes next. If medication is appropriate, we typically begin treatment that visit.

You see the same doctor at every visit — someone who knows where you've been and what's working.

No program to enter. No required group sessions. Just consistent, personalized, evidence-based care.

We also treat kratom and 7-OH dependence, and provide medication management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and alcohol use when they're part of the picture.
