My name is Wendy Carlson, and I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 28 years of nursing experience. Throughout my career, my philosophy has remained constant: every individual deserves the same high standard of care I would expect for my own family.

I believe in a collaborative approach to care—working together to create personalized treatment plans that are grounded in evidence-based practices and aimed at achieving meaningful, lasting outcomes.

I’m known for thinking outside the box and persevering even when others have given up. I am currently welcoming new clients of all ages for comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and medication management.
