As a double board-certified practitioner in medicine and psychiatry, I am acutely aware of the impact of mental health on overall wellbeing.
I leverage my background in critical care, preventative care, surgery and psychiatry to provide an evidence-based and results-oriented holistic approach catered to each individual.
My specialties include, but are not limited to treating and managing ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, stress management, adjustment disorders, and OCD.
I combine medication management sessions with individual psychotherapy to achieve optimal results in a culturally sensitive and emotionally safe space for the client.
