I serve you not only as a mental health provider, but also as an advocate and educator to you and your family. I value holistic, patient-centered approach to mental healthcare. I have special interests in the integration of diet, self-care, therapy, and relational health to help my patients develop positive coping strategies and an overall healthy lifestyle.
Before entering my current role, I spent 7 years at caring for patients in acute and intensive care units. During this time, I recognized my love for mental health and its call on my life.
