I am a retired Nurse Practitioner after twenty-five years of practice. My background was private practice until fifteen years ago, when I began to specialize in weight loss. I absolutely love this field. I believe in the wellness perspective: Self love, a healthy relationship with food and relationships, stress management through meditation and exercise, sleep, all of it. My biggest job is to keep clients motivated to continue their weight loss journey. I added hypnotherapy to my practice five years ago just for this reason. I can honestly say that I love showing up for work every day and having amazing client conversations about losing weight and empowering clients to walk the walk.
