I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience working with a range of mental health conditions such as ADHD, PTSD, depression, insomnia, anxiety, bipolar/mood disorders, OCD, and more. I have a strong interest in supporting women who are struggling with postpartum, women's health, and chronic illness.
My approach to care is holistic, nonjudgmental, and compassionate. My treatment modalities are medication management and brief psychotherapy. We are all deserving of a healthy mindset.
