My philosophy on treating mental health is understanding that mental health problems do not define a person, but rather are experiences that shape an individual, and can be managed in order to live the best life possible. I focus on implementing both medication and therapeutic interventions to target the underlying causes of mental health disorders. I hope for my clients to feel safe, heard, and cared for when meeting with me to treat their mental health needs. Every individual views mental health treatment differently, and I will strive to understand your goals for treatment by creating your individualized plan of care with you.
