I am a Family Nurse Practitioner at Hayes Weight Loss Clinic & Spa. After 11 years of hospital experience, I graduated from University of Texas at Arlington in 2019 with my Master's degree.
I have always struggled with weight loss and gain. Personally, with as many kids as we have I struggle staying on track. I have learned different ways of eating out and still staying on track. I love to share this knowledge with patients and help them on their journey. When I am away from work, I am always chasing kids and their activities. My husband and I have 5 children together. I am always helping coach a baseball/softball team or basketball, or cheering on a cheerleader.
