Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Acupuncture all work out of this location, reading and writing the same patient record, which is what keeps a plan coherent when more than one discipline is involved. Treated here: back and neck pain, sciatica, herniated discs, joint pain, nerve pain, car accident injuries and work injuries. A referral is not required. Spinal decompression is available.
