Mountain Comprehensive Health Corporation (MCHC), a multi-county comprehensive health program designed to provide quality health care to the people of Letcher, Harlan, Perry, Owsley, Bell and surrounding counties, has been in operation since June 1971.MCHC is a non-profit Kentucky corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Directors with the majority of the Board of Directors being patients of MCHC.
