I had a room booked for 3 days, the 2nd night my 92 year old wife caught her foot on the shower ledge while I was helping up off the toilet. She stumbled and fell. That night there was alot of yelling. When I tried to check out this morning there wasn't anyone in the office. It was locked up just like when I arrived to check in. There was a number to call but there wasn't any answer. I've tried to call the office number ,many times and I get a recording that says to push "O" to get the office but no body answers. I want to talk to someone from Motel 6 because they should know that
there name is getting a bad reputation just because someone is not taking very good care of the franchise, Motel 6 most have certain requirements from their people who run these motels. I would like to contact the owner of the Ferndale,Wa. Franchise
