We have used Jon multiple times. He is an exceptional plumber. He goes above and beyond what he was called to our home to work on, looking for potential problems that may occur in the future. He gives details and information about any issues for our knowledge NOT for the sake of making the all mighty dollar. This is SO appreciated. He is pleasant & friendly.
