Mooni Mooni is a philosophy before it's a bakery. Our name comes from the Japanese word muni, the sensation of something light, delicate, and melting on the tongue. That is what we set out to make, and it guides everything we do.

Every item is handcrafted from scratch, every single morning. Nothing pre-made, nothing rushed. You'll find Japanese light cheesecake, Basque cheesecake, Hanjuku cheesecake, egg tarts, matcha, and light milk tea, each made with the same care and precision.

Located next to Centennial Lake in Edina, we built a space that feels as considered as what comes out of the oven. Come as you are. Stay as long as you like.
