Momentum Fit is a boutique strength and wellness studio in Ponte Vedra Beach, offering personal training, small-group personal training, youth athletic development, and massage therapy. Our small group sessions are capped at six people, allowing for individualized coaching, proper progressions, and real accountability.

We work with adults, youth athletes, and active adults looking to build strength, improve movement, and feel better in their bodies. In addition to training, we offer massage therapy to support performance, recovery, and overall wellness.
