I was inspired to go into medicine to connect with human beings and help them improve their quality of life. It's very rewarding to use my knowledge to help educate and guide them about their health. In my practice, we focus on prevention of diabetes and hypertension, given that these two conditions can damage a variety of organ systems. It's also important that patients understand why we choose certain treatments and medications to manage their health conditions.
