Mind Body Healing Collective is Scottsdale’s premier center for holistic trauma therapy and integrative healing. Our team of compassionate specialists provides individual and couples therapy, mental health occupational therapy, and trauma-informed healing modalities to support whole-body well-being.

We offer EMDR therapy, Somatic Experiencing®, trauma-sensitive yoga, Reiki, Safe & Sound Protocol, The Sensory Spa, and wellness workshops to help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and relationship challenges. Our trauma therapy intensives and occupational therapy programs provide deeper healing and support.
