Walter graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1994 where he received a degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate and Investments. After Graduation, Walter returned to his hometown of Macon, Georgia and worked his way up through the ranks at First Liberty Bank. He then moved to Fairfield Financial in 1996. Walter remained with Fairfield Financial for three years and in 1999 left and joined GE Capital Mortgage Company selling private mortgage insurance. Walter started Midtown Mortgage in early 2001 and enjoys working everyday to help people reach their financial goals. He finds himself in a unique position often working with the same family on multiple loans over the years.
