Last summer, we had put our house on the market, and needed to sell because of an upcoming job transfer. Schell was very honest, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, hardworking, professional, and seemed comfortable with any price point house, which we were happy, because we were selling our Beautiful Luxury Estate Home by the beach, for over $1 Million, so we needed someone who felt comfortable they would be able to sell at that higher price point. (As a higher price point is more challenging to sell in our area, since there are much less buyers.) Schell did a wonderful job! She knew the market, did lots of research, had other local realtors come by and see our house for potential clients, who also confirmed our house was priced well, including a professional local builder, who builds beautiful home communities in the area, and stated our house was priced well! Schell was, also, great with setting up showings, open houses, setting up photography, publicity, etc…Our house was even in a Luxury Magazine! (We were so honored to be chosen as one of the homes in our area for that prestigious publication!)

We had many interested buyers, in our house, and within 2 months, we had a full price offer and another offer over asking price! However, due to us finding out we no longer needed to move, as our job transfer was postponed due to COVID, we had to respectfully decline those offers, as we were no longer moving. (We were happy, however, as we love our home!)
