When providing care for patients, I believe in a patient-centered approach to therapy. I find that creating a safe and supportive environment for patients makes it easier to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences.

I find great joy and feel privileged to witness patients’ unique journeys as they build confidence in themselves, meet their goals and overcome their fears and obstacles.

I work with patients aged 18 and older and specialize in depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and navigating major life changes and transitions. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR, an effective treatment modality for processing trauma and difficult life experiences.
