I chose to become a physician assistant because I’m passionate about building lasting relationships with patients and helping them feel empowered in their health. Family medicine allows me to care for adults at every stage of life and be a consistent, trusted resource for their well-being. My approach to care is centered on listening first, providing clear and compassionate guidance, and partnering with patients in decision-making. I use evidence-based practices to ensure that the care I provide is grounded in the latest medical research. I believe the best health outcomes come from combining this approach with preventive care and understanding each patient’s unique needs and goals. My special clinical interests include preventive care and wellness, chronic disease management (including hypertension and diabetes), women’s health, mental health, and dermatology. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, exploring local coffee shops, spending time outdoors, traveling to new places, and being with my family and friends.
