I create a safe and welcoming space where patients feel comfortable sharing their stories. I work collaboratively with each of them, tailoring care to their unique needs and guiding them toward a better quality of life.

As a therapist, I enjoy connecting with people’s lives every day. Whether the moments are intense, sad, challenging, or funny, I find these connections deeply rewarding and appreciate that my work is never boring.

My mother was a social worker, therapist and teacher, and she inspired me to become a therapist. I have since worked with diverse populations, treating a wide range of mental health concerns for individuals, couples and families.
