The Memorial Sleep Disorders Center is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). We offer services to adults and children as young as 12 months of age. Studies performed include diagnostic sleep studies, CPAP titrations, multiple sleep latency tests (MSLT), and home sleep apnea tests.

The Memorial Sleep Disorders Center is located on the 5th floor in the Memorial Medical Plaza at 200 W Bartlett St, South Bend, IN. Please park in the Bartlett Garage and take the elevator to the 5th floor. If someone is dropping you off, please enter through the main hospital entrance where directions to the sleep lab will be provided.
