Growing up in the small-town atmosphere of Evanston, Illinois, Melinda Jones-Saah learned to value family and community at an
early age. She believes that we have a duty to offer care to older adults that’s appropriate, compassionate, and timely. She came to
ArchWell Health because its care philosophy aligns well with her own. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband,
two daughters, and their two Maltese fur babies. She also enjoys traveling, adventure sports like four wheeling and sky diving,
and hanging out in the pool.
