Melanie Baxter began her career with Georgia Farm Bureau as an agent in 1995 and has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. She serves as the Agency Manager of Polk County Farm Bureau office and specializes in auto, home, farm and life insurance.
Melanie graduated in 1992 from Jacksonville State University with a bachelor's degree in human resource management. She is a lifelong resident of Polk County, graduating from Cedartown High School. She and her family are members and attend First Baptist Church of Cedartown. Melanie is married to Rick Baxter and have two children, Ashley and Britt.
Melanie enjoys watching baseball, football, traveling and the beach. Over the years, she and her husband have enjoyed watching our children grow into young adults, supporting and cheering them on in their many activities and sports.
