This is our second year to contact Medicare Representative Paula Macon and we could not be any more satisfied with doing so. Our first year to reach medicare age and having to choose one to meet our needs was pretty scary. What do we do? Who do we contact? How will we know it'll meet our needs not to mention our budget? So where do we start was our daily question as we dodged having to make the initial contact and face Medicare straight forward. Some of our friends and neighbors had heard of our Medicare dilemma. One of them was kind enough to present us with Medicare Representative business card. The business card had a photo of Paula Macon and her contact information. Boy were we relieved to have contacted her. She made it seem so easy. She explained everything in layman's term. She took her time and was in no rush. It truly seemed that she cared and had taken a personal interest to ensure that we would receive the best health plan that would cover our medical needs, prescriptions and would fit our budget. When our call came to an end, it was like we had taken a sigh of relief and felt that we had made the correct decision. When enrollment came along the second year, we contacted Paula again. Again we were fully satisfied that Paula had taken her time to review all comparable policies as she reviewed each of them thoroughly with us, asking questions and seeing which met all our needs. I can guarantee that as long as the each of us is in Medicare and enrollment comes along, we will be contacting Paula Macon. I have done the same as the friend who gave me Paula's business card. Now I keep several in my purse to pass them along to others who are needing their Medicare needs taken care of. Believe me, anyone who is facing the giant of choosing a Medicare plan can call Paula and walk away fully satisfied knowing that she took the time to thoroughly review the policies and find one to meet their individual needs. I know because since contacting Paula I know that the best plan to fit our needs has been thoroughly explained and we are now enrolled in it. Thank you Paula for the personal interest you show us and the time you take to review the policies and ensuring that we are enrolled in the best one to fit our needs. Again, thank you and I hope all agents are as caring as you have been.
