McFadden Bushnell LLC

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Attorney Dawn McFadden at McFadden and Bushnell. My experience with her was extremely negative, as she displayed a rude demeanor throughout our entire interactions.

One of the most troubling issues I encountered with Ms. McFadden was her constant interruptions during our conversation. She seemed more interested in cutting me off and getting to the next point than genuinely listening to my concerns and needs. This made it very difficult for me to get my point across, and my voice was not being heard.

Furthermore, I was highly disappointed to learn that Ms. McFadden is not supportive of veterans. As a veteran household, this was a huge red flag for me, and I felt like I was not being respected or valued by her or her firm. My grandfather was a veteran whom I was seeking out an estate plan for and when it came down to her fees, she made it seem like I was asking for a handout when all I was looking for is guidance.

Lastly, Ms. McFadden stated that I was "wasting her valuable time" and "could be using this time to serve other clients", which made me feel like she was only interested in collecting her attorney fees and not truly caring about my needs. Therefore, I recommend not using this firm for elder law or any law for that matter, as you will be significantly disrespected and will be only used to "keep the lights on."
