McDaniel and McDaniel, L.L.C. was founded in 1976 by husband and wife team Mark and Henri McDaniel. Our firm has more than 93 years of collective trial experience and our partners have been practicing together for over 40 years. Mr. McDaniel has also earned the respect of his peers for his professionalism and ethics, and has been awarded an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest recognition possible in the legal industry.
